Ext 3.1 component question

Dear Richard,
We do have our client "Symmtrical Solutions" who are using valence 3.1 and we are getting issue with combo box control for "Protivity Applications".

When we Select "Key Indicators" its shows 3 input fields. (History Dates, Branches, Membership Types) and when we push the data in combo box, its showing the data in combo box but when we click the combo box its not showing the values as checked. Can you please help us in this regard
