NAB pivotgrid : columnwidth too small for values

Hi

i've created my first pivotgrid, however with the column width that is used, it is not usable to hand this over to an user:

i did not find any way how i can set or control this width... i use the flex.. but this seem not to have any influence

(i'm at the very latest version of Valence)
